Lash Box LA Launches Aftercare Kit
Luxury take-home aftercare to prolong the life of extensions

Lash Box LA is a friend to any beauty professional hoping to provide customers with optimal lashes and aftercare in a streamlined, optimally effective manner.
The company carries a range of products for both professionals and clients, but they recently launched an aftercare take-home kit consisting of their Bubble Lash Shampoo, Unicorn Brush Set, and Eyelash Extension Towel, all packaged neatly in a holographic beauty bag.
Lash Box LA’s aftercare is designed specifically to prolong the life of lashes. Though it may seem counterproductive to encourage pushing appointments back, building a strong client base also means educating your customers as much as possible on how best to care for their lashes, and showing them that you’re there to create work that lasts.
“Our primer gives a better bond for the adhesive and ultimately gives the lash client more wear out of them.”
Aftercare is a part of the process that many clients don’t realize is necessary, and yours are probably not caring for their lashes after they walk out your door.
Still, few companies offer neatly assembled kits for clients who don’t know exactly what they should be doing after they leave the salon. This is the reason Lash Box LA was founded and is becoming a popular option on the West Coast.
Kate Zasowska, president of the company, warns interested professionals, however, that the aftercare is best used in conjunction with their Long Wear Pre-Treatment & Primer.
“Our primer gives a better bond for the adhesive,” she says, “and ultimately gives the lash client more wear out of them.”
Lash Box LA also developed a technique of lash application with its own line, called Supervolume. This style creates a dramatic impression particularly suited to editorial or wedding work. “It gives a deep, sultry lash effect in a shorter amount of time,” says Zasowska.
The company hosts a series of classes on the technique for licensed beauty professionals that take place in major cities across the U.S. Most classes range between $980 and $1,000 for instruction and hands-on training with a live model.
For those interested in experimenting with new application techniques or prolonging the life of lashes they are already applying, Lash Box LA may be the right way to meet those needs. The market for excellent aftercare remains largely underserved, but clients are still in need of something to ensure that all the work you put in is going to go as far as possible.
